The Enicar Chrono Quartz is a testament to the late 1980s, when Swiss manufacturers responded to the quartz crisis with bold, sporty-elegant designs. This model combines a two-tone aesthetic of satin-finished stainless steel and gold plating with a rotating 24-hour bezel in deep blue – a design element reminiscent of the GMT watches of that era, giving the piece a nautical, cosmopolitan character. The warm champagne dial features applied baton indices with luminous material, a chrono minute counter at 6 o’clock (0–30) with a finely guilloché background, and a date display at 3 o’clock. The iconic Saturn logo sits below 12 o’clock, recalling Enicar’s proud tradition as one of the ten largest COSC-certified chronometer manufacturers in Switzerland.
