Girard-Perregaux 4253
Girard-Perregaux 4253 - Blue Dial, 1970s Quartz Icon
Sleek 1970s elegance from Girard-Perregaux: Reference 4253 with a cushion-shaped stainless steel case, deep blue sunray dial, applied GP logo, and date display at 3 o'clock. The watch has a clean and flat appearance, slips effortlessly under the cuff, and is suitable for everyday wear thanks to its Swiss quartz movement.
The overall condition is very good, with fair signs of wear on the case. The original dial and hands exhibit a consistent, harmonious patina. The crystal shows fine signs of wear. The watch runs discreetly; its service history is unknown to us.
As with all vintage watches, we recommend not considering it waterproof. It comes with a new blue leather strap that perfectly matches the color of the dial. The original, signed GP steel bracelet is included, but is defective and unwearable. It is ideal as a receipt or parts donor. A charming, uncomplicated dress watch for lovers of the 1970s who want to combine originality with everyday practicality.
