Heuer 2000 Professional 973.006
Heuer 2000 Professional 973,006
A black tool dial, a unidirectional bezel and the old Heuer logo – exactly the late transitional Heuer that collectors are looking for. The model appears in the Heuer catalogues from 1984/85 and was only sold for around twelve months before the takeover by TAG – making it correspondingly rare to find in the wild.
The ‘006’ denotes the largest case in the 973 series (approx. 41.5 mm including crown, 20 mm lug width) and was beadblasted at the factory to achieve a sober, military look.
Our watch shows honest signs of wear, the lume has aged evenly and the original HEUER steel bracelet has a signed clasp engraved with ‘W.M.’. Inside, a reliable ETA quartz movement ticks away.
