Heuer Carrera 110.573
Heuer Carrera 110.573
Here you see a Heuer Carrera Ref. 110.573, a wild offshoot from the 1970s with a barrel case, left-hand crown, and the legendary Calibre 12. This true racing chronograph is made for petrolheads who celebrate patina rather than retouch it.
The 39 mm steel case is slim, yet impressive thanks to its wide, satin-finished flanks. The dial is a real eye-catcher: The deep black surface now has a tropical mottled finish, two recessed subdials, and an internal tachymeter capable of speeds up to 500 km/h. The date window at six o'clock is practical without disrupting the layout.
Inside, the Heuer Calibre 12 rotates with a micro-rotor automatic movement, 17 jewels, 21,600 vph, and a quick-set date. Typical for the family, the crown is unusually positioned on the left at nine o'clock, while the chrono pushers remain on the right. The movement runs smoothly, the switching points are crisp, and the power reserve is approximately 42 hours.
