With the Seastar 2000 Professional, Tissot proves that a serious dive watch need not be unaffordable. It is water-resistant to 600 meters, certified as a dive watch under ISO 6425, and features a helium escape valve. Technically, this puts it in the professional class. Model T120.607.37.041.00 combines a black PVD-coated steel case with a blue gradient dial. It becomes almost black toward the edge, and fine embossed wave lines run across the entire surface. The design evokes the depths of a sea growing ever darker.

The unidirectional rotating black ceramic bezel with a 60-minute scale and luminous zero marker has a PVD coating. Large luminous indices and distinctive hands ensure good legibility underwater. The date at 6 Watches is set in a polished frame. Inside is the Powermatic 80 automatic movement with an 80-hour power reserve and 23 jewels. It is visible through the sapphire crystal case back, and the rotor is decorated with a wave motif. With a diameter of 46 mm, the Watches has a strong presence on the wrist. The blue textile strap with rubber backing emphasizes its sporty character.

The Watches is in good pre-owned condition. The dial, hands and bezel are very well preserved. However, the PVD coating shows significant signs of wear, especially on the crown guard and the lugs on the right side, where the steel underneath is visible. Minor signs of wear are also visible on the bezel. The strap has been worn. The Watches comes with a box and warranty card.
