Vacheron Constantin Ellipse 33038
Vacheron Constantin Ellipse 33038
Refined 1970s elegance without any unnecessary frills. This Vacheron Constantin Ellipse embodies everything the Geneva-based manufacturer stands for: slim proportions, excellent finishing, and a reference-level movement. The rectangular case with its rounded edges wears extremely flat, the silky vertical Sigma dial is discreetly understated, and the focus remains on the Calibre 1003/1 – one of the thinnest hand-wound movements ever made, bearing the Geneva Seal. The case and case back are crafted from 18-karat yellow gold. The crown and pin buckle are also made of 18-karat gold. The watch runs smoothly, and the current power reserve is approximately 12 to 24 hours, depending on its position. However, a minor service would be advisable.
